FAQ
Be sure to clean your charts after every practice or use. This will prolong the use of your charts.
The best way to clean your charts is to use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. We recommend Windex or Wet Ones brand wipes.
Spray the chart 1 or twice with the cleaner and gently wipe the surface to remove any marker residue.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they can damage the chart's surface. For stubborn stains, a mixture of water and a small amount of rubbing alcohol can be effective.
The best markers to use are low-odor, dry-erase markers specifically designed for whiteboards or dry-erase surfaces such as Expo (any tip size/shape) or Quartet. These markers provide clear, vibrant colors and are easy to erase without leaving residue or ghosting. Avoid using permanent markers or 5+ year old markers, as they can stain the surface and be difficult to remove.
Wet erase markers are also okay to use.
We recommend storing or carrying them in the stay-flat envelope they came in. Ensure they are stored flat or rolled to avoid bending or warping the charts. DO NOT FOLD charts.
To keep your charts lasting longer, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause fading or warping.
Clean the charts regularly using appropriate methods to prevent ink buildup or stains.
